At Zohebo, each piece is created on demand with intention. Because of this made-to-order process, our return policy is designed to be fair while maintaining product integrity.


📅 Return Window

We offer a 48-hour return request window, which means you must raise a request within 48 hours of receiving your item.


❌ General Returns (Not Accepted)

Since all products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Change of mind

  • Minor color differences (due to screen variations)

👉 Please review the size chart carefully before placing your order.


✅ Eligible for Replacement / Refund

We only accept returns/replacements if:

  • The item is damaged or defective

  • You received the wrong product

  • There is a clear printing error


📸 Proof Required

  • Order ID

  • Clear photos/videos of the issue


📦 Return Process

If your request is approved:

  • We will provide instructions for return (if required)

  • In some cases, you may not need to return the product

  • Items sent without approval will not be accepted

 

🔄 Resolution Options

Once approved, we will offer:

  • Free replacement, or

  • Full refund to original payment method


⏳ Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.


⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Customized / limited edition drops


🌍 International Orders

For international shipments (including EU regions), returns are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
